The workshop took place in April 2024. as part of the youth exchange project ''My eco studio'' at the Prizma association on the island of Iž, Croatia.

In short, we played alchemists who creates its own pigments for painting completely naturally from flowers and herbs, using the help of acid and alkali: soda and alum.
Lake pigments are most natural way of making pigments that are obtained by combining dyes made from natural materials and a colorless base that fixes them, usually some inorganic salt such as alum. Since the process requests a lot of time and patience duration of the workshop was 5 days for 2 hours.
